mid-point rule

How do you make those figures? Can you attach the source so someone else can edit them? Anyway, I'd like one change at least, when you are drawing rectangles, they should not have their outlines go through pixel centers as that won't actually work on some GPUs. This means it could be quite confusing when the actual output looks different from what is shown here. --Elias 20:25, March 12, 2011 (UTC)

mathematical shape outlines

Would it be hard to show the outlines in the mathematical shapes? Especially when they are only horizontal/vertical it's hard to distinguish them from the version where actual pixels are shown. So drawing the outlines or drawing them different in some other way should make it clear when a figure shows actual pixels and when it shows the virtual outline projected over the grid. --Elias 15:30, March 13, 2011 (UTC)
