Wouldn't be better, even to don't spread it into much segregated aticles doing this:

Issue X:Issue's Name

First Topic Title

blah blah blah blah blah (topic's text)

blah blah blah blah blah (topic's text)

...

I think that way it will be much more legible, I don't see any sense into creating an article per topic. Maybe an article per issue is much better.
